1. Information we collect

NextHarbor may collect account details such as your name, email address, login identifiers, plan status, payment-related identifiers from our payment processor, and the career materials you choose to store in the platform, including resumes, job application notes, interview responses, and task information.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, provide product features, process subscriptions, maintain account security, improve the platform, and communicate about billing, service changes, or support matters. We may also use aggregated and de-identified information to understand product performance.

3. Payments

Payment information is processed by Stripe. NextHarbor does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We may retain limited billing metadata, such as customer, invoice, or subscription identifiers, to support account management, reconciliation, and subscription status inside the product.

4. Sharing and service providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us deliver authentication, hosting, database, analytics, customer support, or payment processing services. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary course of operating NextHarbor. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights, or to respond to security or fraud concerns.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce platform agreements. If you stop using the service, some data may remain in backups, logs, or financial records for legitimate operational, security, and compliance reasons.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should also protect your credentials and avoid sharing sensitive information unnecessarily.

7. Your choices

You can review and update information within your account where those controls are available. You may also cancel Premium from the billing area before renewal. If you need help with a privacy-related request, you should use the support channel listed in the product or associated launch materials.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. When material updates are made, the effective date on this page will be revised. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
