1. Service overview
NextHarbor is a job-seeker platform that helps users build resumes, organize applications, prepare for interviews, and manage subscription-backed premium features. The service is intended to support career preparation and workflow organization, but it does not guarantee interviews, offers, compensation outcomes, or hiring decisions.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and for all activity that occurs under your login. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
3. Subscription terms
If you purchase NextHarbor Premium, your subscription renews automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Premium access remains available through the end of the active billing period after cancellation, and renewal can be restored if the billing system shows that option in your account.
4. Payments and billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method for the plan you choose. You are responsible for keeping billing information current. Failed, disputed, or reversed payments may result in suspension or loss of premium access until the account is brought back into good standing.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, you should contact support promptly so the issue can be reviewed. Any discretionary refund or credit does not create an ongoing obligation to provide future refunds.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to violate laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate another person, interfere with system integrity, attempt unauthorized access, or transmit malware, spam, or abusive material. We may limit or terminate access for misuse, fraud, security risk, or material violation of these terms.
7. User content and platform materials
You retain rights to the content you upload, such as resumes, application notes, and interview responses. You grant NextHarbor a limited right to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service. The product design, copy, code, and branding remain protected platform materials and may not be copied or resold without permission.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, security work, or third-party provider issues.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NextHarbor disclaims implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. NextHarbor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, income, or employment outcomes arising from use of the platform.
10. Contact and updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of NextHarbor after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and cancel any active subscription before the next renewal date.
